Movement x Mobility classes are designed for every body: brand new, seasoned pro, or somewhere in the middle. Show up to move and stretch your body in low-impact ways that work all ranges of motion and major muscles in a variety of dynamic and static stretches in a flow style class.
Typical Equipment needed (optional):
- yoga mat
- resistance band
- tennis ball
- foam roller
- water bottle
- dowel
