How Do I Meet With Coaches?
Coaching is offered in multiple ways. We understand that life is busy and want to make the program as accommodating as possible. For those local to where coaches live, sessions can be held in person or virtually. For those located farther away, sessions will take place on Zoom. Training times will be chosen when it works best for your schedule.

Why is This Program Important For Dancers?
As dancers, cross-training and training outside of class are often overlooked or misunderstood. Many wellness professionals don’t understand the unique needs of a dancer. As coaches still currently in the world of Irish Dance, we understand the demands and challenges dancers face. We know how dance has evolved and know where weaknesses often lie and how to correct them. This program also sets a solid foundation for life outside of dance, helping you become the strongest version of yourself physically and mentally.
