Mindfulness Meditations

Mindfulness is the practice of coming back home to yourself. Here we practice presence and dropping into our breath and body. These short visualization practices are intended to help you reconnect with yourself and take a break from the busyness of life. Enjoy!

Yoga Nidra: Release Worry for Sleep

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice designed to take your mind into a hypnotic and relaxed state where your subconscious can reset itself. During this practice, you will be guided by my voice, but if you drift in and out of conscious remembering, that's okay. All you need is a comfortable position (I recommend your bed, couch, or the floor) with lots of blankets, pillows, or even an eye pillow. Remove any distractions that will take you out of the practice. Do not operate a motor vehicle while listening.

Pre-Dance Visualization

This short practice is designed to help you walk into a dance class feeling focused and present. Ensure you have some quiet space to practice.

The Story I'm Telling Myself Is

This meditation will guide you through the process of rewriting the stories we tell ourselves. Our mind is so amazing but can sometimes get stuck in loops of negative thoughts that we believe to be true. Let's rewire those thoughts together!

Full Body Relaxation

This short practice is great to help you relax your whole body and allow your mind to settle. Find a quiet space away from any distractions and give it a listen!

You Got This! - Pep Talk 

This short audio visualization is a reminder that YOU GOT THIS! Take what feels right and resinates with you and leave the rest. You've put in the hard work and trained for this, you got this!
