How Much Time Do I Need To Dedicate to Training?

Building stamina requires dedication and determination to see the changes you're hoping to achieve. That being said, we understand life is busy, and it can be difficult to fit everything you need to get done into the hours of the week. This series is made to be flexible and work to your schedule. 

We recommend carving out 2-3 hours per week minimum to dedicate to your training.

This series is dedicated to diving deep into the specific needs of Irish dancers, physiologically and psychologically, and developing the strength and endurance needed to perform at the highest level.

 We're blending traditional strength & conditioning with dancing conditioning to bring you the most efficient and effective training plan you can get. 

What Does My Training Week Look Like? 

This series will be broken down into multiple phases, each designed to build on the previous with the ultimate goal of peaking for the North American Championships. 

Within each phase: 

  • Weekly strength & conditioning workout guidelines and programs 

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (in-person or virtual) 

  • Weekly live "Drill-Sessions" (live & recorded) to practice stamina-building skills in a dancing context 

  • Training Education curriculum content focused on giving you information and tangible skills related to all things stamina 

  • Masterclasses & accountability check-ins to keep you on track and learn from other masters in the game
