Movements are a range of dynamic and static poses, each designed to increase range of motion, flexibility, mobility, and overall functional strength. Along with movement, each class starts with a mindfulness practice, designed to increase your awareness to the breath and bring you into the present moment, in preparation for the movement ahead and as a way to step away from the hustle and bustle of life.
