MyPrograms
Being an athlete and a coach, I understand the importance of personalization as a way to reach potential. Over 12 weeks, we will work to maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses.
As with everything, consistency and commitment are key; I can only do so much, the rest is up to you. Before you begin, take a few moments to sit down and think about why you want to commit to this. Write down a goal you want to achieve by the end of this and a few ways you can keep yourself accountable to get there.
Through this program I hope to grow and learn with you and help you see benefits and improvements in your own body.
What's Included
Programs can be purchased through Memberships. Each program is $50 which includes:

all instructional videos: 3-6 new video classes per phase of the program

program plan tracker: can be used to track progress and complete classes

one-on-one training: throughout the program, you will have 24/7 access to coaches to ask questions, get feedback, and work with to make the most personalized program for you

on-demand access: I want you to get the most out of this program so along with your program package, you will receive access to the full on-demand library


How It Works
At the beginning of each phase, content and program plans are uploaded and an access guide is sent to you. Phases are generally 3 weeks long with 3-6 classes per phase.
I encourage clients to complete at least 2 classes per week but the more you do them the more results you will see!
Periodically throughout the program, we will have one-on-one check-in sessions where you can ask me questions and I can assess your progress.
A program plan tracker will be sent to you to go along with each phase of the program. You can use this to track progress, jot down notes, and keep yourself accountable for completing the routines. You can use the program plan alongside the videos or all on its own.
What You'll Need

Space to move: somewhere that is free of distractions and offers room to move

Yoga Mat (optional): personally I like moving on a mat to give extra cushion and support, this is totally up to you how you like to move

Videos/Program Plan: follow along with instruction videos or use the program plan sheet to complete each class
